Travis Kelce recently made a young Taylor Swift fan’s day by signing a Chiefs jersey with Swift’s name on it during a training camp session on August 6. The Kansas City Chiefs tight end, who is 34, took a break from his workout to interact with fans, including signing his own jerseys before personalizing the little girl’s custom jersey, which featured Swift’s name and Kelce’s number “87.”

After spending much of the summer traveling with Taylor Swift, 34, Kelce returned to the U.S. last month to kick off the NFL preseason. Since then, he has had several encounters with Swift’s fans. He recently surprised attendees at Arrowhead Stadium during the Chiefs’ friends and family day. In a TikTok video from August 4, Kelce made an unexpected appearance behind a group, causing one spectator to joke about his wife’s reaction.

Earlier in July, Kelce delighted another Swiftie by tossing his glove to her after practice. Despite the heartwarming moment captured on video, Kelce later admitted he wasn’t aware the fan was a Swiftie and that the throw was more about chance than intent.

In June, Kelce engaged with a fan wearing a “Go Taylor’s Boyfriend” shirt, with Chiefs quarterback Patrick Mahomes also joining in by signing the shirt.

Kelce has openly supported Swift since they began dating last year, attending her Eras Tour shows and making a surprise appearance on stage in June. He joined her performance wearing a morning suit and top hat for a special segment. Kelce shared on their “New Heights” podcast that Swift was enthusiastic about his participation and he appreciated her professionalism.

Swift, in turn, has been supportive of Kelce, attending 13 of his games last season, including the Super Bowl in February. In her December 2023 TIME Person of the Year profile, Swift discussed their decision to publicly acknowledge their relationship, emphasizing their mutual support and pride in each other.
