After Jimmy Fallon got lost in Bavaria, he ended up hitchhiking and meeting a local fan. In an Instagram clip shared on August 10, Fallon, 49, was seen in the passenger seat of a convertible with a woman driving and her son, Leon, in the backseat. They were enjoying Queen’s “Killer Queen” together, and Fallon joined in, lip-syncing along.
In his caption, Fallon wrote, “I 🥨 Bavaria! I got lost the other day and luckily, some new friends helped me get back to my hotel. If you see Leon or his mom, say thanks from Jimmy! And thanks to radio station 93.7 in Bavaria for the great music.”
Fallon further explained his Bavarian adventure in a TikTok from August 9. He had set out to find a lake but got lost in someone’s yard instead. His phone battery was low, and he realized he was about two hours away from his hotel. After an unsuccessful attempt to navigate through a field, he hitchhiked and ended up at an auto body shop, where Leon offered him a ride back.
They bonded over music, and Fallon praised Leon and his mom as “nice people” and invited them to his NBC show. Fallon concluded, “Now I’m in love with Bavaria. It exceeded my expectations.”
